By accessing and using NovoEssential shop, you acknowledge and agree that the following terms apply to your use of NovoEssential shop and any Items you license, whether or not you have a NovoEssential SIA account:

Your use of NovoEssential SIA account is conditional on your acceptance to be bound by these User Terms and the other terms noted above.

Legal authority: These User Terms are a legally binding agreement between us and you. 5. Your NovoEssential Account

5.1 Age

You must be 18 years of age or over to access and use NovoEssential SIA account.

5.2 Account Creation

When you create a NovoEssential SIA account, you become a Member of the NovoEssential community and receive access to all of our NovoEssential sites. Membership is free. As a Member, you will be able to buy items, participate in our online forums, and contribute to our ecosystem.

5.3 Your Responsibility

You promise that the information you give us is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will keep your account information up to date. Your membership is non-transferable. You are responsible for any use of your account, including activity under your credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

5.4 Access and Restrictions

Access: You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to access and use the account for business or personal use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Restrictions: You must not (yourself or through others):

  1. interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;
  2. attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems;
  3. resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service;

  5. probe, scan, or test the system’s security;

  7. reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to extract source code;
  8. use trademarks without prior written consent;
  9. bypass restrictions via VPN or other methods;
  10. remove protective measures such as watermarks;
  11. impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations;
  12. mass download content using scripts or automation;
  13. use the service in any way not permitted by these terms.
5.5 Terms of Buying

When you buy an item:

  1. There is no guarantee the item will remain available. Please download immediately.
  2. You receive a non-exclusive license upon purchase, governed by the stated license terms.
5.6 Claims Related to Items

We provide the platform and the items. Your legal relationship may be with the author of the item.

5.7 Pricing and Payment
  • Buying: Use “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” to purchase items.
  • Payment Methods: You can pay by credit card or other available methods. Additional fees may apply based on your provider.
  • Payment Info: You must provide valid and authorized payment details and keep them updated.
  • Disputes: Dispute charges within 60 days or as required by law.
  • Processors: Payments may be processed via third-party Payment Processors, subject to their policies.
  • Statements: All transactions are logged in your Member Statement.
  • Currency Conversion: Item costs are in EUR, PLN, GBP. Your bank handles the conversion and may charge additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

NovoEssential SIA is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the website or services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Modifications

NovoEssential SIA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Revised” date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from the use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
